Do I need to pay a monthly subscription?
No. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees. Every Web App is a one-time purchase. Once you purchase it, it's yours to use with no recurring costs.
How long do I have access to my Web App?
Forever! Once you've downloaded and set up your Web App, you'll have lifetime access and can use it as often and for as long as you'd like.
How do I download my Web App/s after purchase?
After checkout, you'll be taken to a download page where you can instantly access your Web App/s. You'll also receive a confirmation email containing your access links for future reference.
Will I be able to use my Web App/s on Apple and Android devices?
Absolutely! Our Web Apps are designed to work on compatible Apple and Android devices through your web browser.
Do I need specific software to use my Web App/s?
No. There's no special software required. Simply access your Web App through a compatible web browser.
What if I need help?

I didn't receive the email with my Web App/s. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails can occasionally end up there. If you still don't see it, contact us and we'll be happy to resend your access link.
What if I lose the email containing my Web App/s link?
No problem! Contact us with your order information and we'll resend your access link at no additional charge.
Can I use my Web App/s on multiple devices?
Yes. However, we recommend primarily using your Web App on one specific device because your entered data is saved locally to that individual device.
Can I change the currency in my Web App/s?
Yes. For Web Apps that include money-related features, you can select from the following supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, EGP, SAR, AED, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, CHF, CNY, KWD, QAR, TRY, MYR, SGD, BRL, ZAR, and NGN.
Are your Web App/s available in other languages?
Your browser may automatically display or translate content based on your selected browser language. If it doesn't, you can adjust your browser's language or translation settings to your preferred language.
Please note that language translation and currency selection are separate features. Our money-related Web Apps currently support these currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, EGP, SAR, AED, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, CHF, CNY, KWD, QAR, TRY, MYR, SGD, BRL, ZAR, and NGN.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
It's a one-time payment. There are absolutely no subscriptions or recurring fees—you pay once and receive lifetime access to your Web App/s.
Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied with my Web App/s?
Because our products are digital, we're unable to offer refunds once your Web App has been delivered or accessed.
However, if you experience an issue accessing or using your Web App/s, please contact us. We'll be happy to assist and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Can I share or resell my Web App/s?
No. FlowView Web Apps are provided for personal use and include a single-user license. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, reproducing, or providing access to your Web App/s to others is prohibited. This also includes using the Web App for clients or creating derivative products based on the original design or content.
All original FlowView designs and content are protected by applicable copyright laws.
